Background & Personal Interests
Stephanie’s journey into therapy started with an interest in mindfulness meditation. While in a previous career in project management and consulting, she was looking for a way to cope with feelings of overwhelm and burnout and found a sense of contentment and relief in mindfulness meditation. As her path as a therapist and her own life circumstances evolved, her dedication to maternal mental health and couples/relationship work expanded as well.
Outside of work, Stephanie loves to spend time in nature, play tennis, swim, read, travel, and connect with friends and family.
