Meet Adrienne Martin

Adrienne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working in private practice, community outpatient services, crisis residential and with the veteran population. She earned her BA in Psychology and Master of Social Work with a concentration in health and mental health at San Jose State University. 

Adrienne’s Specialties

Adrienne’s areas of interest include stress/burnout, life transitions, anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders and substance abuse. She has an extensive background in working with couples and uses the EFT model to help clients in conflict and to deepen their connection.

BACKGROUND & PERSONAL INTERESTS

Adrienne’s therapeutic approach is client-centered, collaborative and tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individuals. She uses evidenced-based treatment modalities from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also has extensive experience working with couples and relationships and is currently undergoing professional training with Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. 

Adrienne loves spending time outdoors and exploring new hobbies. She’s currently learning to surf and play pickle ball.
